Jessica handles traffic law cases from our Sunshine office. She regularly represents clients at the Sunshine Magistrates' Court as well as at other Melbourne courts.
Jessica Clothier comes from a highly regarded immigration firm which has given her the chance to work with clients with diverse social backgrounds. She is a very passionate lawyer who dedicates herself to ensuring that her clients get the best possible result in court. Jessica believes that anyone charged with a crime has to have excellent legal resources, including a competent lawyer who will fearlessly advocate for the accused regardless of the circumstances surrounding the offences involved. While studying at the university, Jessica already demonstrated interest and proficiency in the area of criminal law. She joined an Advanced Advocacy Course during her diploma and ultimately completed her Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law. She also graduated with Honours in Law in 2017, completing a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws at Monash University. Jessica Clothier was admitted to legal practise in April 2018. She completed placements at Springvale Monash Legal Service and was a volunteer at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
